Josh Stalk is a Licensed Residential Appraiser in Nevada, license A.0207120-RES. Ten plus years in the field, running fifteen to twenty reports a month and still working files every week.
He reviews every guide in the AppraisalPilot Library before it goes up, and he adds what he sees in the field so each page answers the question the way a working appraiser would.
Josh is co-author of The Last Independent Voice.
